Nigel Hebron is an experienced financial professional, with a background of more than 20 years in blue chip organisations as well as extensive experience in the food and drink industry. He joined the Board of Intersnack in April 2012 from his previous position as category finance/business integration director at Vion UK, the major food and farming business. In his previous career he has also worked with Hays Travel, Express Dairies and the Tetley Tea Group.

Richard Robinson joined Intersnack as managing director in April 2011. He has worked with many FMCG brands and companies during his career, including Sara Lee, Gillette and Young’s Seafood. Before joining Intersnack Richard was Commercial Director (UK and Ireland) at Northern Foods. He says, “Snacking is one of grocery's most exciting and innovative sectors and at Intersnack we're proud to have the imagination, vision and resources to drive new value and ideas for both our customers and consumers.” |

Ian Lavery was appointed as operations director at Intersnack in February 2010. He joined the business from United Biscuits, where he worked in a series of factory management roles, latterly as general manager of UB's major production site for Jacobs Biscuits in Liverpool. Prior to UB Ian worked in various Operations and Engineering roles at Black and Decker where he completed his MBA. |

Helen BroadheadFinance CentralHelen leads our commercial accounting function. She joined Intersnack in December 2011 and says her current favourite product is Penn State Sour Cream and Chive pretzels! |
