Mr. Mash Fact Sheet

- Mr. mash is foil wrapped in a protective atmosphere to ensure it stays fresh without the need for preservatives.
- Each sachet contains 120g of potato flakes which will make approximately 710g of mashed potato. See preparation instructions.
- Two pack sizes are sold – 120g and 360g.
Ingredients: Potatoes (99%), Emulsifier (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), Spice, Stabiliser (disodium diphosphate), Antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), Extracts of spices.

- Serving size = 142g.
We know this can seem a small portion for some but when we talked to people about this no-one could agree there was a ‘typical’ portion size. It depends on how much you like mash, how big your appetite is, if you are watching the calories etc etc.
Based on 142g you can get 5 servings from a 120g sachet of Mr Mash. If your appetite is bigger assume 2 servings per sachet and adjust the nutrition information.
