Our Values

As part of the Intersnack Group, we aim to act responsibly in everything that
we do. Be it through the safety, quality and naturalness of our products or the
environmental impact of our operations, the social implications of our supply
chain or our investment in local communities.
Ethical Sourcing and Social Responsibility 


As one of Europe’s top snack businesses, Intersnack has the scale, experience and expertise to deal directly with carefully selected producers for most of our raw materials.

We do not purchase ingredients such as nuts from the commodity market and we insist on complete transparency in our supply chain.

We collaborate with the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) and assess our suppliers against ETI criteria, to ensure fair working conditions.  We have an established Code of Conduct for all suppliers based on the ETI standard.  We also work with other carefully chosen stakeholder groups such as the African Cashew Alliance and the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).


We work closely with carefully-chosen suppliers to support systematic improvement in the social, environmental and ethical quality of both their produce and their operations. The Intersnack Group was one of the first European suppliers to offer nuts sourced according to Fair Trade principals.
